Brand Manager - Full Time — Bali

Kura Kura Beer and its affiliated brands are looking for a Brand Manager to help market their portfolio of products. The Brand Manager will be responsible in making sure that all marketing incentives are delivered accordingly, as well as assisting the creative department with deliverables.

The role will be challenging but mostly exciting, requiring you to be a strong problem solver and efficient executor. You’ll need to be fluent in all facets of the marketing process — with a good understanding and working relationship with the creative department to internally coordinate tasks together.

Work scope stated but not limited to the following:

—Conduct, measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs

—Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities

—Manage Brand Ambassadors and keep them in track with their KPIs

—Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities

—Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions

—Coordinate with third party events/venues for activations and partnership

—Manage community/existing database and grow the relationship

—Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities and negotiate media coverage

—Execute OOH marketing plans including billboards, posters, flyers, etc

—Events programming

—Generate monthly content creation

—Support the Sales Team when needed

—Coordinating merch & POSM material productions with Purchasing Team

—Manage social media account(s) using the given guideline

—Represent the brand at events and other professional settings

—Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information

—Sending out mailers regarding brand updates to our digital database on regular basis



Skills and Qualifications

—Min 3 years of related experience in a similar role

—Creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills

—Strong research and analytical skills

—Report to Marketing & Creative Directors

—In-depth understanding of the company’s current products and future concepts

—Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines

—Proficient in Google Suite

—Experienced in managing social media to promote a positive campaign/product/experience/etc

—Budget management skill

—Good understanding of the hospitality and F&B industry in Bali

—Adept at fostering strong internal and external marketing collaboration

—An understanding of SEO and paid media content development, distribution, and measurement is an advantage

—Ability to simplify complex information into a user-friendly format

—Basic knowledge of Adobe design programmes and web editing would be a big plus but not essential
