STUDIO MANAGER

Creative Studio Manager — Full Time — Bali

Kura Kura Beer and its affiliated brands are looking for a Studio Manager to oversee their in-house creative and marketing needs. As creative studio manager you will provide support and management to a design team, be the go-to for Brand Managers and designers to deliver successful creative projects. You will be supported by - and reporting to - the Creative Director to execute and manage in line with their objectives.

Work scope stated but not limited to the following:

—Handle all creative requests from Brand Managers and Sales Team

—Manage projects from initial idea to final completion

—Delegate and prioritise job responsibilities and work flow to the creative team for day-to-day needs to ensure smooth process and on-time delivery

—Ensure creative approval process is being adhered to, checked and approved by the Creative Director.

—Proofing and reviewing design and checking documents before they are sent off

—Processes creative production to procurement or printers

—Organize and attend meetings and provide assistance including recording minutes of meetings

—Ensuring files are stored and named accordingly on internal server

 

Skills and Qualifications

—Min 2 years of related experience in a similar role

—Creative mind with high attention to detail

—Understanding of the design process

—Strong project management and problem-solving skills

—Be an efficient executor, and work autonomously

—Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines

—Proficient in Google Suite

—Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with colleagues and third-party partners

—Proficient in Asana and Google Suite

—Strong english and Indonesian speaker
