Community Manager - Full Time— Bali

Kura Kura Beer and its affiliated brands are looking for a Community Manager to expand our community of KOL, Influencers and Brand Ambassador, build and maintain relationships with them, across all our brands.

This role is a roll-up-your-sleeves position but mostly exciting. You will get the opportunity to meet many people, build strong relationships, organize brand activations, distribute our products, and represent the brand. This job requires you to be highly sociable, spend a lot of time “on-the-field”, be proactive and have a creative mind to propose new brand activations. You’ll also need to propose opportunities for content creation with our community to be shared on our brands social accounts. 

You will be working very closely with the Brand Managers and the Creative team – and will also need to have a good understanding and working relationship with logistics teams to internally coordinate tasks together.

Work scope stated but not limited to the following:

Own the KOL and Influencers activations; as well as the Brand Ambassador program

Act as a brand leader and build plans with an annual calendar of activation projects and content creation opportunities. 

Manage existing database and grow the relationship, and also identify, reach out, build and maintain relationship with new communities

Organize product and merchandize distribution and monitor consumer reactions

Organize cool and impactful brand activations and events 

—Manage Brand Ambassadors and keep them in track with their KPIs

Report opportunities for content creation to marketing team and work in close collaboration with our internal creative agency to execute it

Act as an owner and represent the brand at events and other professional settings

Analyze performance of all marketing campaigns


Skills and Qualifications:

Min 3 years of related experience in a similar role

Good understanding of the different sub-cultures and related communities

Has a strong network, and is very sociable and proactive

Champions being on-the-field meeting new people and representing the brand

Strong interpersonal skills that facilitate building & maintaining relationship

Strong interpersonal skills that facilitate building & maintaining relationship

Creative mind, not afraid to question and improve the status quo

Exceptional communication skills, including presenting and writing.
