Creative Marketing Manager — Full Time — Bali

As creative marketing manager you will be the go-to person to build and deliver creative and successful integrated-marketing-campaigns, from initial idea to final completion, across all marketing channels. 

You will be supported by - and reporting to - the Marketing Director to execute and manage in line with their objectives and you will provide support and management to the wider team of field marketeer, social media, content & designers. 

Kura Kura started with a dream: we wanted to bring fresh, session-able beer to Bali, and we wanted to brew it right here on the island. When you’re drinking Kura Kura, you’re drinking the good stuff. Work scope stated but not limited to the following:

Marketing planning: Develop strategic marketing plans in all marketing-related areas.

Creative ideation: Conceptualise and develop creative marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Collaborations: Identify partnership opportunity for joined outreach and conceptualise campaigns, and initiatives across all channels.

—Consumer Experience: Create on-ground experiences and digital marketing concepts that provide engaging experiences to consumers.

Project management: Manage, delegate and implement marketing plans, and oversee job responsibilities and work flow for wider marketing or cross-department team to ensure smooth process and on-time delivery of the project (Events, KOL, Media, Print, Digital, Social Media, Merchandise)

Ensure work delivered all within our standards and guidelines, checked and approved by the Marketing Director. 

Establish marketing budgets, and manage and submit invoices.


Skills and Qualifications

Min 3 years of related experience in a similar role

Deep understanding and ability to develop concepts across all marketing-related areas

Access to a network and be driven by building partnerships

Strong project management, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills

Be an efficient executor, and work autonomously 

Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
