Marketing Director - Full Time— Bali

Kura Kura Beer and its affiliated brands are looking for a Marketing Director to be responsible for their brand’s marketing and communications strategies, as well as overall branding and image of their portfolio of products. 

The Marketing Director will be responsible in making sure that all marketing incentives are delivered accordingly. The role will be very dynamic but incredibly rewarding, requiring you to be a strong problem solver and efficient supervisor. 

Work scope stated but not limited to the following:

—Develop and implement marketing plans, including promotional calendars and programs, new product introductions and other marketing projects

—Lead and act as a mentor to a team of creative to drive a collaborative approach based on the brand pillars

—Supervise a marketing team, including hiring, training, workloads, schedules and deadlines

—Build annual marketing strategy for each brand with ROI projection

—Analyse market share, research competitors’ activities and market trends

—Develop and monitor marketing costs and budgets including OOH activations, digital marketing, etc

—Manage agency providers, consultants, freelancers and other suppliers, including contract negotiation and management

—Set up and implement SOP across marketing teams

—Coordinate with Creative Director for design related production

—Oversee content creation and schedule for social media posts

—Oversee subordinate brand strategy and development

—Work with new business development team and sales teams on brand initiatives and pricing strategies

—Put together monthly marketing reports to determine the completion of marketing KPI

—Work with in-house retail outlet to optimise sales approach

—Supervise production of merchandise to maximise brand awareness

—Organise company conferences, trade shows, and major events

—Negotiate deals with paid media agencies 

—Write and copy-edit marketing material

—Oversee Brand Ambassadors programme and work with Brand Manager to reach KPI

Skills and Qualifications:

—Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field preferred

—Proven experience in project managing a marketing campaign

—Excellent written and verbal communication skills

—Budget management skills

—High competence in project and stakeholder management

—Experienced with digital marketing (i.e. social media marketing, content marketing, etc)

—Proficiency in Google Suite, Asana, CRM and other collaborative software is advisable

—Good understanding and experienced with working in Bali

—Fluency in English language is mandatory

—Fluency in Indonesian language for non-Indonesian is an advantage
