Brand activation & Events manager, on-trade
Kura Kura Beer and its affiliated brands are looking for a Trade Marketing Manager (TMM), reporting to the Marketing Director. The TMM owns the development and execution of in-store visibility and activation strategy, for all brands, and across Merchandise, POSM, Trade Programs, Brand Activations, and Events support.
You will be responsible to conceptualize, plan and execute effective solutions with a customer service mindset, an eye on trends and the future, a desire to understand shoppers, and above all else, the drive to win versus competition and look like #1 in-store. With most of the focus on the on-trade, the TMM must also understand the retail environment. You will be reaching out to all our flagship outlets to build and maintain strong relationships, proactively propose our trade-activations, and provide the required support for their events and other needs.
You will work closely with the Marketing Team to bring marketing campaigns to life in-store, and with the Sales Team to sell it in to our customers. You will be supported by a Merchandiser to produce Merchandise and in-store POSM.

Work scope stated but not limited to the following:
—Contributes to the annual plans with marketing team and guides on effective POS solutions to achieve commercial and brand objectives, both for On-trade and Retail.
—Defines the Look of Success, develops winning solutions and deliver projects that exceed customers’ expectations.
—Drives the roll-out of trade-marketing solutions through regular market visits and continually reaching out to outlets
—Owns strategy, planning, development, and execution for visual Merchandising & POSM, for on-trade and retail.
—Owns strategy, planning, development and execution for Trade Programs, Brand Activations, and Events support, for assigned on-trade accounts
—Manages the merchandiser to deliver merchandise and POSM on time and on budget.
—Act as an owner and represent the brand at events and other professional settings
—Analyze performance of all campaigns, and provides recommendation to improve and respectfully challenge the status quo
Skills and Qualifications:
—Min 3 years of related experience in a similar role
—Creative mind, not afraid to question and improve the status quo
—Strong networking skills that facilitate building & maintaining relationship with key outlets
—Champions looking like number 1 in store and being proactive
—Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
—Strong planning, prioritization, and project management competencies
—Strong interpersonal skills that facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
—Exceptional communication skills, including presenting and writing.
—Comfortable with change, with an ability to use this as a means to think differently.
—Good understanding of the hospitality and F&B industry in Indonesia
